Our facilities are able to produce 1 offs for development projects and batch production to suit your production needs. All products produced by the Company are fully welded, tested and guaranteed in accordance with the Company's ISO 9001:2008 quality standards.

Butyl Products can produce a wide range of flexible fabricated components from the following roll form materials in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 2.00mm:-

Rubber vulcanising presses from 100mm ² to 1.50m² capacity and one hit vulcanising lengths up to 15m.

2) Hot Air Welding

Miller hot air welding machines for use with thermoplastics.

3) Hot Wedge Welding

Leister hot wedge machines for use with all thermoplastics.

4) Hi Frequency Welding

For Welding PVC, PU and Elvaloy. Produces fast high strength welds.
