Butyl Products can produce a wide range of flexible fabricated components from the following roll form materials:-

Butyl rubber

EPDM

Polypropylene

PVC

Polyurethane

Material thicknesses from 0.5mm to 2.00mm.

All products produced by the Company are fully welded, tested and guaranteed in accordance with the Company's ISO 9001:2000 quality standards.

Manufacturing Facilities
At our Billericay factory we have a range of specialist equipment including:-

Rubber vulcanising presses from 100mm² to 1.50m² capacity and one hit vulcanising lengths up to 15m.

Miller hot air welding machines for use with thermoplastics.

Leister hot wedge machines for use with all thermoplastics

High frequency welding machines which cover a range of thermoplastics.

We also have a range of engineering equipment used to produce 'the metal bits'.

Our facilities are able to produce 1 offs for development projects and batch production to suit your production needs.
