Chemical dosing systems can be used in line whilst water is being pumped into a storage tank.
The Butyl Chemical Dosing Unit can be placed within a filtration system to complete the purification of raw water, providing clean safe drinking water at source with the advantage of needing no electrical supply to power and run the unit. Therefore the unit can be used in isolated places where no services are available. The unit primarily runs and doses proportional to the volume of water that is passed through it. The unit has the capacity to chemically dose water from 500 ltrs to 20,000 ltrs per hour providing a high level of versatility to support the user requirements.
Dosing rate - 0.3ppm to 10.0 ppm
Water flow rate - 1m3/hr to 20m3/hr.

Chemical Dosing Equipment Construction:
The chemical dosing pipework is manufactured in PVC, being encased in a tubular frame to provide protection during transport and use. The frame is fabricated from powder coated steel and is mounted on a plastic pallet for ease of transportation.
Chemical Dosing Unit Technology:
• Self contained unit
• Suitable for all climates
• Primarily for accurate dosing of chlorine, but suitable for dosing most water treatment chemicals
• Dosing percentage infinitely variable using the screwed adjuster at the base of the unit
• 50 ltr capacity dosing concentrate drum
• Unit runs with water pressures up to 6.5 bar
• Unit size 0.60m x 0.80m x 1.48m high
• Unit weight 40kg
