Our flexible water bladder tanks, sometimes known as layflat or pillow tanks are the strong, light and economical answer to instant water storage needs. The larger capacity bladders from 80,000 litres to 100,000 litres are robustly constructed in heavy duty materials with durable fittings to withstand the rigors of even the most inhospitable environments.
The tanks are extremely mobile and can be unrolled and used on any area of flat ground that has been cleared of debris. They are ideally suited for harsh environments and suitable for potable water, waste water or chemical contaminant applications and can be used within CBRN approved systems.
Groundsheets manufactured from Landflex 610B reinforced PVC sheeting with eyelets at 2m centres along all sides can be ordered separately to suit the bladder size.
80,000 and 100,000 litre capacities. Suitable for all climates and easily installed. All tanks are packed in ISPM15 heat treated plywood cases suitable for export. Each tank includes all necessary installation tools, instruction manual and repair kit.
All tanks can be supplied individually, with outlet valves and pipework, or as part of a kit to include pumps and distribution tapstands.
Construction Detail
Material: 1250g/m² PVC coated reinforced fabric for drinking water use. All welded construction with reinforced polypropylene corner mouldings.
Fittings:
2 x 3″ BSP (F) Anodised aluminium outlets and plugs 2 x 4″ BSP (F) Top cap with cover containing an integral pressure relief valve. 2 x 3″ BSP (F) Brass gate valves with 3″ BSP (M) (M) adaptors.
