How to use our quote basket

 

If you are visiting our site from outside of the UK, we are very pleased to welcome you. We offer all of our products with worldwide shipping by Road, Sea or Air to hundreds of destinations around the world.

We have made it possible for you to add the items you require to a basket, which when checked out, will be sent to us in the form of a request for quotation (RFQ). Creating an account on our site will help to make your future visits much faster, as your password protected information will instantly be available each time you log in. You’ll also be able to check your RFQ history, current RFQ status and be one of the first to see any deals or special offers before they are published.

Briefly – Here’s how it works:
  1. Add the items you require to your basket using the ‘Add to Quote Request’ button. Add any additional notes to the item if required.
  2. Specify your invoice address and consignee address (we will quote based on Incoterms 2010, CIP, CIF, DAP (If appropriate) OR EXW if you wish to make your own arrangements for collection). 
  3. Add you own RFQ number (if you have one) in the comments box and select the currency you would like us to use for your quotation.
  4. Make sure all of your contact details, especially your email address, telephone numbers and consignee contact details are correct in case we need to speak with you about your requirements.
  5. When you check out, an account will be created for you and the details sent to your email address. This makes future RFQ’s easier and quicker and provides you with a complete history of your requests.
  6. Submit your quotation request direct to us from our site just as you would normally checkout when shopping online.
  7. Our dedicated team will receive your RFQ and immediately begin work on providing your quotation.
Submitting an RFQ via our site makes the quotation, ordering & despatch process much simpler & quicker for everyone.

We know how time sensitive some requests can be and we can respond much quicker to enquiries received via our site where all of the information we need has already been provided by you.

The majority of our kits and equipment conform to quality standards for most of the major humanitarian aid agencies, and where we supply these kits on a regular basis, you’ll find the relevant agency code against those items.
If you know the agency codes for the products you require, simply use our search facility to reach them even more quickly.

As a simple example, a search on our site using the term ‘Red Cross’ will display all of the items on our site that have a Red Cross Emergency Items Catalogue Code associated with them, where a search for the exact item code (if known) will take you straight to the product you require.

Our product range is always increasing and we aim to provide a comprehensive listing of all of our products on our site to enable you to generate a complete RFQ that meets all of your needs. We want to make it super easy for you to get what you need with as little fuss as possible. When your request arrives in our sales department, we will take the information you have provided and offer a formal quotation via email for the items you require, including shipping (if requested) to your desired destination. 

Our quotations are valid for 30 days and will be sent directly back to you by one of our dedicated team members for your consideration.

When you are ready to place your order, simply respond to the team member and they will personally take care of the rest. Easy !
