Heavy Duty Sludge Pumping Kit
Diaphragm sludge pump with diesel driven Lombardini engine developing up tp 5kW at a nominal 3000 rpm. The pump is suited for latrine emptying. The 3″ hose will pass easily through pit latrine squatting plate apertures. It can also be used for filling small waste containers such as oil drums. The pump is self priming to 7m and has a solids handling capability of approximately 60mm Ø. The engine is close coupled with the pump on a skid base with anti vibration mounts and a 2 wheeled site trolley for portability.

Engine Specification:
4 Stroke diesel driven single cylinder air cooled engine with variable speed control. Manual recoil start with dry type air filter and exhaust silencer, oil and fuel filters and oil level shutdown. The 4 litre fuel tank provides approximately 5 hours of running time.
Pump Specification:
Aluminium simplex self priming diaphragm pump with cast iron for wetted parts. Thermoplastic rubber diaphragm and polyurethane flap valves. Continuous dry running without damage. Suction air chamber, suction and discharge connections, neoprene diaphragm.
